CFM is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to lead the commercial management of projects, ensuring contractual compliance, robust cost control and value for money on complex schemes. Reporting to the Head of Operations, you will manage the B&R QS Team, oversee budgets, cashflow, WIP and CVR reporting, and coordinate subcontractor packages.
You will lead on low carbon and net‑zero projects, maintain client liaison, risk reviews and dispute avoidance, while upholding HSQE standards across all.
