CFM is seeking a seasoned Buyer to own buying across the group, including subcontract, labour-only, materials and depot stock.

You will standardise agreements, drive supplier performance and ensure CIS/IR35 compliance across NI depots Mallusk, Omagh, Derry and Castledawson.

You will collaborate with Finance, Projects, Commercial and SHEQ teams to embed robust procurement controls, achieve savings, and scale the function for growth within a facilities management and construction environment.
