SUMMARY OF ROLE

To manage the day-to-day logistics that are so critical to the successful execution of the project. You will play a key role in delivering one of Glasgow’s most prestigious and notable projects. You will work closely with the site team to ensure the site operates smoothly, with a focus on doing things the right way. Organisational skills, along with the ability to communicate well, will be key for this role. The role will be heavily involved in the day-to-day running of the project and will be key to determining if the project is run successfully. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven individual to develop their career.

KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Management of deliveries, including co-ordination, scheduling and approval
  • Management of delivery gates, suitability and use
  • Work closely with the site management team to co-ordinate
  • Work with the contract administrator to ensure site paperwork and inspections are maintained
  • Work with the crane team to manage the use of the Tower Cranes
  • Co-ordinate with sub-contractors
  • Manage site storage
