The predicted salary is between 1200 - 1400 Β£ per month.
We are looking for a Trainee Estimator to join our estimating team. You will work closely with our experienced team learning how to calculate costs for print jobs, prepare quotations and support the sales process. This is a hands-on office-based role with training provided and progression in mind.
Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing accurate cost estimates for enquiries
- Learn to interpret customer specifications, artwork and job requirements
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to obtain material and service costs
- Support the sales team with timely and competitive quotations
- Maintain accurate records of estimates and job details through daily reporting
- Analyse trends to inform your team of market shifts
- Develop knowledge of printing processes, materials and finishing techniques
- Ensure all estimates meet company standards for accuracy and profitability
