CFH is seeking an IT Service Desk Analyst for an on-site role at our Radstock office in Somerset.

You will troubleshoot and resolve incidents related to hardware and software, manage and complete service requests, monitor tickets to SLA, and assist in imaging, deployment and maintenance of IT equipment.

Essential candidates will have demonstrable IT service desk or desktop support experience, strong communication, excellent troubleshooting and the ability to work independently.
