Key Responsibilities And Accountabilities
- Accurately and efficiently operate complex machinery
- Meet production fulfilment needs of internal and external customers
- Maintain high standards of company etiquette and codes of conduct
- Contribute to a manufacturing process that is safe, efficient, and sanitary
- Verify that safety equipment on machinery is functional prior to operation
- Follow production instructions, either written or verbal, as necessary
- Set up and perform minor calibrations on machinery, as needed
- Operate machinery in a manner that is safe for yourself and others
- Perform inspections of machinery to ensure efficient operation and production
- Maintain high quality of products as produced through machinery
- Ensure performance against the skills criteria
Requirements
You will be focused on performance and accuracy, naturally confident and self motivated with a can-do attitude. You will be able to maintain housekeeping standards, help drive improvements and build relationships within the wider manufacturing department.
This is a digital print and finishing position.
Experience is preferred but not a necessity as full intensive training will be provided on a number of machines.
