We work with public and private sector organisations to deliver high-volume transactional print, digital solutions, and lithographic and digital production, underpinned by sustained investment in the latest print and finishing technology.
We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to support the continued growth of our Print (lithographic and digital) offering across the UK. The role has a strong new business focus, balanced with the development of long-term client relationships. It is well suited to a self-starter with experience in generating and converting leads using modern tools such as LinkedIn, social selling, and targeted prospecting. The successful candidate will take ownership of the full sales cycle, from lead generation through to close and ongoing organic account growth. They will work closely with our commercial, marketing, and operational teams. Success will be measured through pipeline quality, new business conversion, and sustainable account growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, generate, and convert new business opportunities for lithographic and digital print
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline
- Develop long-term relationships focused on quality, consistency, and partnership
- Represent our lithographic and digital print capabilities, advising clients on appropriate production methods and solutions
- Prepare and present proposals and presentations, with internal support
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure effective onboarding and delivery
- Maintain awareness of market trends, competitors, and client needs
- Attend client meetings, industry events, and our sites as required
- Provide accurate forecasting, pipeline reporting, and market insights to the leadership team
Key Requirements
- Proven B2B business development experience within lithographic print or print markets
- Strong understanding of lithographic and digital print processes and client needs
- Demonstrable experience in lead generation and new business acquisition
- Comfortable using LinkedIn and digital channels as part of your sales strategy
- Self-motivated, organised, and able to manage your own pipeline end-to-end
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
