Objectives of this Role
- Answering switchboard calls in a timely manner, receiving all visitors and contractors to site, signing in all collection and delivery drivers.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer all calls in a timely manner, apologising for any delay.
- Transfer all calls to the relevant person/department - do not announce calls.
- Greet all visitors to site, sign them in and inform them of security and mobile phone policies.
- All drivers to sign in (collection and delivery) operate security gates for entrance onto site.
- Sort daily post into departments.
- Sort returned mail into customer accounts for Contract Managers and Docmail.
Requirements
- A robust customer focused individual, able to improve service levels.
- A strong team player with excellent communication skills.
- A positive attitude.
- Sets and maintains high standards.
- Previous experience is desirable, but full training will be given.
