Print Lover is CFH’s exciting digital-first print brand, designed to make high-quality print simple, accessible, and inspiring. Built around a modern web-to-print platform, Print Lover combines creativity, convenience, and exceptional digital print production for businesses looking for fast, flexible, and reliable print solutions. This role is all about growing Print Lover, finding new audiences, converting marketing interest into customers, and helping shape the future direction of the brand. We are looking for a motivated, dynamic, and enthusiastic Business Development Manager to help accelerate the growth of Print Lover. The focus is entirely on digital print, e-commerce, and web-to-print services. You will work closely with our Marketing team, following up inbound leads and campaigns, while also generating your own opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell the Print Lover digital print and web-to-print service
  • Follow up and convert marketing-generated leads from campaigns and promotions
  • Proactively generate your own leads through outreach, networking, and events
  • Identify and develop new business sectors and use cases for Print Lover
  • Build and manage a healthy, well-qualified sales pipeline
  • Work closely with the Marketing team to align campaigns, messaging, and lead follow-up
  • Collaborate with the Product Manager to feedback customer insight, ideas, and opportunities
  • Attend industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities to promote Print Lover
  • Ensure smooth onboarding of new customers by working closely with internal teams
  • Provide pipeline updates, forecasts, and market insight to support business goals
