Position Overview: CFGI is a leading financial consulting firm specializing in accounting, finance, technology & cybersecurity advisory services. As part of our rapidly growing Cybersecurity Practice, we are seeking a Cybersecurity Lead - UK to establish and expand our presence in the UK market. This role combines strategic leadership, business development, and delivery oversight to help clients navigate complex cybersecurity challenges, regulatory compliance, and risk management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Growth & Market Expansion
- Drive the growth of CFGI's UK Cybersecurity practice by developing go-to-market strategies and building strong client relationships.
- Identify opportunities through own professional network, upsell across CFGI's existing clients across various sectors.
- Leverage key events such as IPO readiness and regulatory compliance programs (e.g., SEC, GDPR, NIS Directive) to enable new demand.
- Collaborate with global leadership to align UK initiatives with CFGI's overall cybersecurity strategy.
- Build and lead a high-performing UK cybersecurity team, ensuring effective recruitment, training, and career development.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence across practice.
- Manage resource allocation and oversee performance to deliver exceptional client outcomes.
