We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. This individual will play a key role in attracting, engaging, and hiring top-tier consulting professionals. The ideal candidate is results-driven, collaborative, and well-versed in the accounting and advisory talent landscape.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle recruitment efforts for experienced hires in areas such as Accounting Advisory, Business Transformation, Risk Advisory, Cybersecurity, Transaction Services, Valuation, and Tax.
- Collaborate with hiring leaders to define talent needs and develop customized sourcing strategies.
- Support the recruiting team to achieve performance goals and hiring KPIs.
- Maintain alignment with CFGI’s brand, mission, and values in all candidate interactions.
- Build proactive talent pipelines using tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Lever, and other recruiting platforms.
- Analyze recruiting data and provide reporting on metrics including time-to-fill, offer acceptance rates, and sourcing effectiveness.
- Partner with marketing and leadership to promote CFGI's employer brand across digital and in-person channels.
- Ensure a high-touch, white-glove candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Collaborate with HR and business leadership to maintain equitable and compliant hiring practices.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of full cycle recruiting experience, with at least 2 years in agency recruiting.
- Proven success recruiting within the accounting, finance, or professional services sector; experience with Big 4 alumni a strong plus.
- Deep understanding of sourcing tools, applicant tracking systems (e.g., Lever), and recruiting analytics.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Highly organized and able to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strategic mindset with a strong focus on results and quality of hire.
