We are currently recruiting NQ – 2yr PQE Solicitor/Legal Executive in Court of Protection to join our growing firm, working flexibly from home and our locally serviced offices, who would work closely with the Partner and Head of Department in building and developing the Court of Protection and Private Client Team.

Responsibilities
  • Handle the management of Property and Affairs Deputyships, working with brain injured and vulnerable clients.
  • Manage Trusts and assist with tax affairs and accounts.
  • Draft Personal Injury Trusts and Statutory Wills.
  • Support other associated applications to the Court of Protection.
  • Collaborate with the Partner and Head of Department to build and develop the Court of Protection and Private Client Team.
  • Contribute to client outcomes and service delivery, with flexible working from home and our serviced offices.
Qualifications and Experience
  • NQ – 2yr PQE Solicitor/Legal Executive in Court of Protection.
  • Experience in Court of Protection and private client matters is preferred.
  • Ability to work closely with colleagues and vulnerable clients, with a client-focused approach.
