We have an exciting opportunity for an Associate Solicitor/Chartered Legal Executive (4-5+ years PQE) to join our expanding team in the Midlands. Based in our Warwick office, this hybrid role offers opportunities to undertake high-quality work and to pursue future career progression.

Key responsibilities:- Manage own caseload and assist on higher value, more complex cases, ensuring targets and KPIs are met.
- Supervise and coach junior colleagues, ensuring the best outcome for the client and return for work undertaken.
- Utilise their knowledge and expertise to help build CFG Law’s position and reputation in its target markets.
- Minimum 4-5 years PQE with excellent working knowledge of Personal Injury law, Serious/catastrophic injury experience.
- Experience of working to targets and KPIs.
- Experience of using a case management system.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Strong team player.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to coach and mentor others.
- Flexible and willing to travel as required.
- Qualified Solicitor status or equivalent.
- Full driving licence and own car.
