We have an exciting opportunity for an Associate Solicitor/Chartered Legal Executive (4-5+ years PQE) to join our expanding team in the Midlands. Key responsibilities
- Manage own caseload and assist on higher value, more complex cases, ensuring targets and KPIs are met
- Supervise and coach junior colleagues, ensuring the best outcome for the client and return for work undertaken
- Utilise their knowledge and expertise to help build CFG Law’s position and reputation in its target markets
Skills
- Minimum 4-5 years PQE with excellent working knowledge of Personal Injury law, Serious/catastrophic injury experience
- Experience of working to targets and KPIs
- Experience of using a case management system
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong team player
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to coach and mentor others
- Flexible and willing to travel as required
Qualifications
- Qualified Solicitor status or equivalent
- Full driving licence and own car
