An exciting opportunity for Duty Manager at a stunning property in Woking. You’ll be delivering attentive customer-focused service and enjoy working as part of a successful team. The ideal manager will have a strong background in Food and Beverage, preferably with Supervisor/Management experience as food and drink service is a major part of this role. The ability to multi-task is essential for this role.
DUTY MANAGER RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
- Develop and implement a great work culture while maintaining a positive and friendly attitude at all times.
- Take ownership and action of any problems that may arise during your shift.
- Liaise with all other departments to ensure efficient service and guest satisfaction at all times.
- Deal with guest complaints in an effective and courteous manner, ensuring guest satisfaction at all times.
- Keep all public areas, front and back-office areas clean and tidy at all times.
- Report maintenance and housekeeping requirements.
- Support other departments when needed.
