CFC Hospitality recruitment is looking for a head chef for a very well-known 4* Hotel in Keswick, Cumbria. As Head Chef, you will be responsible for all kitchen activities and prepare 1 rosette standard delicious food, lead the team and create memorable experiences for guests. You will also ensure quality, kitchen maintenance, Health & Safety compliance, and inventory functions are kept to high standards to ensure the kitchen runs smoothly.
The Head Chef will need extensive operational management experience but also have a sound understanding of the admin side and meet GP, so experience in these areas is essential.

- Event catering experience is desirable, but it is essential to have hospitality experience as well as experience with Banqueting in high volumes.
