CFC Hospitality is looking for a passionate and committed chef de partie to join our client's stunning 4* hotel with 2 rosettes in Cumbria. The establishment has a fantastic reputation and works alongside a well-known Head Chef. There is a strong emphasis on producing modern British cuisine and using ingredients sourced as locally as possible, always in keeping with the seasons.
As chef de partie, you need to be capable of running the hot section of the kitchen and working clean at all times. The large, modern kitchen is well equipped to deal with the high level of conference and banqueting, as well as a strong trade from both the fine dining restaurant and the more informal option for dining guests. This is a great opportunity for a chef de partie to develop their skills and work as part of a passionate team to further develop the business.
The average working week will be around 45 - 50 hours, spanning 5 days over 7. If you are a passionate chef de partie and want to develop more skills, we want to hear from you!
