Responsibilities
- Working closely with the Head Chef with the day to day running of the Kitchen
- Training, developing and motivating your team
- Stock control, rotation and ordering
- Ensuring high standards of food preparation and service are delivered consistently
- Adhering to all hygiene, safety and due diligence policies at all times
Requirements
- A stable background as a Pastry Sous Chef within a high volume and quality Hotel or Restaurant environment, whilst working with fresh food
- Be a passionate food lover
- Be a hands on Manager who is able to keep the team motivated during the whole of the shift
