We are looking for a passionate and committed chef de partie to join our client's stunning 4* hotel in the Cotswolds. The establishment has 2AA Rosettes and a fantastic reputation, working alongside a well-known Head Chef. There is a strong emphasis on producing modern British cuisine using ingredients sourced as locally as possible and always in keeping with the seasons.

As chef de partie, you need to be capable of running the hot section of the kitchen and working clean at all times. The large, modern kitchen is well equipped to deal with the high level of conference and banqueting, as well as a strong trade from both the fine dining restaurant and the more informal option for dining guests.

This is a great opportunity for a chef de partie to develop their skills and work as part of a passionate team to further develop the business.
