- Support planning and execution of business development trips/events; accompany the team to broker/client meetings as appropriate.
- Maintain and update renewal and prospect lists; complete administrative tasks as required.
- Assist the Team Leader with MI, reporting, and data analysis to support decision-making.
We’re seeking driven self-starters with a strong work ethic who thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance environment. You’ll bring a sales and service focused approach, demonstrating confidence and professionalism in broker interactions both over the phone and in meetings, with a clear ambition to support team growth. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in the insurance industry, a genuine interest in technology, and the desire to develop technical underwriting and business development skills to become a trusted advisor within the CFC Tech team. You’ll be expected to operate at pace, contribute to the success framework of CFC, and build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
