Our underwriting assistants play a vital role in providing first-class administrative support for the effective day-to-day running of our underwriting teams. As an underwriting assistant, you'll be providing dedicated support to the portfolio partnerships team.
You'll support the end-to-end process of onboarding our partners and providing ongoing support and relationship management for our partners. You'll work closely with the Head of Portfolio Partnerships and Practice Leader, Portfolio Partnerships. You'll develop a thorough understanding of CFC's cyber product and will support in the development of our workflow processes and bespoke technology systems for partnerships, as well as gaining exposure to (re)insurance placements. About the role
- Providing excellent administrative support to the partnerships teams to ensure the management and support of our partners from onboarding to ongoing throughout the relationship.
- Working with the Head of Portfolio Partnerships managing relationships with internal teams coordinating the onboarding process of partners.
- Carrying out research and analysis on prospects, supporting in the preparation of pitch decks;
- Preparing various activity reports and spreadsheets as directed;
- Administering the department diary, including communicating with internal teams and external partners;
- Answering incoming calls and fielding queries as appropriate;
This is an incredibly exciting new commercial venture; not only will you have the opportunity to provide input into RFPs, pitches, pricing, and proposals, but you'll also be involved in providing cyber education and training, plus ongoing product support to partners.
