As our organisation evolves, we’re looking for a highly analytical Technology Analyst to support the CTO and wider leadership team. This role is central to driving operational alignment, transparency, and data‑driven decision‑making across all technology teams. You’ll combine strong analytical capability with project management expertise, acting as a trusted advisor and operational partner to the CTO. In this role, you will work closely with stakeholders across Technology and the wider business to drive strategic initiatives, deliver insights, and support effective decision‑making. You will play a key part in shaping how the organisation measures performance, manages change, and communicates progress.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Collaborating with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyse business and technical requirements for strategic initiatives
- Leading and delivering small to medium‑sized projects with clear objectives, timelines, and well‑managed stakeholder engagement
- Designing, building, and maintaining advanced KPI and OKR dashboards using Power BI
- Analysing team and project performance data to highlight trends, risks, and opportunities
- Preparing regular reports, executive summaries, and presentations for the CTO and technology leadership
- Organising and facilitating cross‑functional meetings, workshops, and forums to support alignment and effective decision‑making
- Building strong relationships across technology and business teams, ensuring clarity, communication, and consensus
- Identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency, collaboration, and operational excellence
- Supporting organisational change initiatives and the adoption of new processes and tools
About you
You are an analytical, highly organised professional who thrives at the intersection of strategy, technology, and stakeholder engagement. You bring strong communication skills, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to turn complex data into meaningful insights that drive action.
Required experience & skills:
- Advanced analytical skills, including requirements gathering and performance measurement
- Strong Power BI expertise, particularly in building KPI and OKR dashboards
- Proven project management experience within a technology environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to produce compelling presentations and reports
- Confident facilitator of meetings, workshops, and collaborative sessions
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels
- Solid understanding of technology strategy and its impact on business outcomes
- A track record of driving continuous improvement
Desirable:
- Professional certifications or equivalent relevant experience (not required but beneficial)
