Partnering with hiring managers across Data & AI, Technology, Product, Agile and Operations teams, you'll develop a deep understanding of business priorities, team objectives and hiring roadmaps, enabling you to deliver diverse, high-quality shortlists for critical roles. You will be responsible for sourcing and engaging with active and passive technology talent across Software Engineering, Product, Agile and Operations through direct sourcing, networking and market mapping.

  • Build and maintain high-quality talent pipelines to support both immediate hiring needs and future growth plans.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, key milestones and team objectives.

  • Work closely with the TA Coordinator to ensure a seamless recruitment journey, including offer management, pre-employment screening and recruitment administration.

If you're passionate about technology recruitment, enjoy building relationships and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, we'd love to hear from you.

About you:

  • Proven experience in a candidate sourcing role, ideally gained in-house, within a technology-focused start-up, scale-up, or high-growth environment.
  • Experience within Financial Services would be advantageous but not essential.
  • A strong track record of identifying, engaging, and converting both active and passive talent through professional networks and online communities such as LinkedIn and GitHub.
  • Highly skilled in advanced sourcing methodologies, including Boolean and X-Ray search, talent mapping, competitor intelligence, market mapping, and pipeline development.
  • Experience designing and executing targeted sourcing strategies across multiple technology disciplines, including Software Engineering, Product, Agile, Data, and Infrastructure/Operations.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously, balancing competing priorities while maintaining a high-quality candidate experience.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to partner effectively with hiring managers and influence recruitment outcomes.
  • Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment technologies; we use Pinpoint at CFC.
  • Naturally curious about technology and talent trends, with a passion for building diverse talent pipelines and proactively connecting with exceptional candidates.
