Are you an organised and proactive Recruitment professional ready to support a dynamic global team? Join us as an Recruitment Business Partner and play a key role ensuring we attract and hire the best talent in the market. Working within the Talent Acquisition team, you will lead on recruiting a variety of roles across the organisation. You will proactively engage with active and passive talent, partner with hiring managers to assess needs and drive an inclusive assessment and selection process.
This position offers a diverse scope of responsibilities, providing an excellent opportunity to work in a fast paced, PE backed Insurer while contributing to meaningful TA projects that reinforce our company values and culture.
About the role
- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including defining needs with hiring managers, creating job descriptions and postings, sourcing candidates, screening, managing the selection process, and handling offers.
- Talent Sourcing & Pipelines: Proactively source candidates and build talent pipelines using diverse channels like LinkedIn Recruiter, direct job postings, graduate hiring programs, and specialist recruitment agencies.
- Candidate Assessment: Conduct effective initial candidate screening and assessment via phone/video to ensure high-quality shortlists are presented to hiring managers.
- Partnership Management: Build and maintain relationships with external recruitment partners, D&I organizations (e.g., The Brokerage, Bright Networks), job boards, and specialist agencies to support talent attraction and specific hiring needs (interns, graduates, specialist roles).
- Employer Branding & Representation: Promote CFC\’s employer brand by representing the company at recruitment events and through external partnerships.
- Process Improvement & D&I: Collaborate with the talent acquisition team to ensure inclusive hiring practices are central to our process. Contribute to refining recruitment policies, systems, and processes to optimize efficiency and candidate experience.
About you
- An experienced insurance recruiter adept at working effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Significant inhouse or RPO recruitment experience, ideally in the insurance industry
- Ideally a good understanding of specialty underwriting lines, with the ability to confidently engage and assess candidate suitability.
- Proficient with recruitment tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
