You will be part of the Product team within Technology, delivering bespoke systems that give CFC its competitive edge in a dynamic and fast-paced marketplace. As a Product Manager, you will play a critical role in identifying and solving real business problems by translating strategic and customer needs into actionable product solutions. You will work on high-impact initiatives that improve efficiency, enhance user experience, and support business growth and profitability.
You will take ownership of a defined product, managing and prioritising the product backlog in alignment with the broader product vision and roadmap. This involves working closely with stakeholders across the business to understand their needs, gather feedback, and balance competing priorities. Your focus will be on delivering measurable value by making data-informed decisions and ensuring product changes align with business objectives.
In this role, you will work closely with Distribution, Revenue Operations, and broker‑facing teams to ensure that distribution and CRM workflows, broker lifecycle processes, and trading interactions are well understood, efficient, scalable, and data‑driven. You will take ownership of CFC’s Broker Relationship Management (BRM) product, partnering with key stakeholders to shape its evolution and support the growth of CFC’s global distribution and revenue operations capabilities.
You will be responsible for defining business processes, features, and epics, translating them into clear, testable user stories for delivery teams. Working closely with engineering and QA, you will help design and deliver customer‑centric solutions, while actively contributing to agile ceremonies to drive alignment and continuous improvement.
