Description

Some Insurance providers allow for Actuaries to be more impactful than others. Are you ready for a new challenge in Reserving? Join our dynamic team as a Reserving Actuary! In this role, you will actively engage with our underwriting and claims teams, driving performance improvement and portfolio optimization. Collaborating with various members of the Performance Management Team and across the wider business to foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external, you\’ll ensure a robust feedback loop and contribute to our continuous growth and success.

Key Responsibilities

Responsibilities include creating high-quality underwriting performance reports and presentations, discussing insights with key internal and external stakeholders, responding to ad hoc report and data requests from underwriters, claims, and pricing teams, and comparing internal reserving analysis with those of brokers, carriers, auditors, and the CFC Syndicate managing agent.

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
