CFC’s Tech and Ops department is going through an exciting period. Reporting into a Senior TA Partner, you will be responsible for sourcing a variety of tech roles, building high quality candidate pipelines, and promoting CFC as a tech employer of choice.

Partnering with managers across Data & AI, Technology and other business areas you will develop an understanding of roadmaps to ensure that high quality recruitment shortlists are delivered and their deliverables to ensure we deliver a quality shortlist.

As a champion of technology, you will use our ATS (Pinpoint), technical assessments and video interviewing tools to drive efficiencies.
