Do you hope to continue your career spearheading strategic business initiatives for a rapidly expanding insurance provider, a pioneer in emerging risk and a market leader in cyber?
CFC has grown significantly over the last 4 years, and with this continued growth has come a significant increase in business-critical projects. Reporting into and working alongside the Chief of Staff, the Strategic Business Partner will be responsible for keeping on track the key projects contributing to our future growth strategy.
In this newly created role, the Strategic Business Partner will focus on the success of a variety of cross-functional strategic projects operating across a global organisation. You will work with the Chief of Staff and the wider team in building out our overall capability across different disciplines within CFC. Acting as a key liaison between the business leaders and project teams, you will ensure that initiatives are designed and communicated effectively to meet business needs.
This role will have lots of engagement with business leaders across a range of functions and geographies to understand the core strategic initiatives, and you will begin to deliver on these. You will also be overseeing key strategic business initiatives from development through to successful execution under the guidance of the senior leadership team. The Strategic Business Partner will also prioritise and report critical issues and information back to the Chief of Staff, facilitating efficient decision-making.
This is a strategic role for an experienced professional. We are looking for an individual with experience and a proven track record in management or strategy consulting from a top-tier consulting firm or a similar background in corporate strategy within financial services, and we would love to hear about your interest in Insurance!
