  • Supporting product governance processes, including roadmap reviews, initiative tracking, and benefit realisation.

  • Experience in Product Operations, Product Management, Business Analysis, or a similar role in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience building dashboards and reports using Power BI, Excel, and SQL.
  • Confidence working with large datasets - querying, cleaning, and analysing data to support strategic decisions.
  • Familiarity with product governance processes such as roadmap planning, initiative tracking, and benefit realisation.
  • Practical experience with product management tools (Aha!, Confluence, Miro) and a track record of improving workflows or tooling.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders and drive alignment across teams.
  • A structured, proactive approach to managing analysis, coordination, and operational follow-through.
Core Values
  • Love what you do: We show up each day ready to take on the world. Our passion and intensity set us apart and makes the difference to our colleagues, customers, brokers and carriers.
  • Challenge everything: We are never afraid to question the way that things are done and we constantly challenge ourselves and others to make things better.
