CFC is growing, and so is our Product Operations function. We are building the foundations that help our Product teams work smarter, move faster, and deliver meaningful value to our customers and the business. To support this, we are looking for a Product Operations Analyst - someone analytically sharp, curious, and excited to improve how our Product organisation operates day to day.
In this role, you will work closely with Product Managers, Designers, Engineers, and stakeholders across CFC to strengthen our processes, enhance our tooling, and bring clarity through data. You will play a key part in transforming Product Management at CFC into a well-structured, insight-driven, and highly effective function.
About the role- Building and maintaining dashboards and reports (Power BI, Excel, SQL) to give teams visibility into product performance and delivery health.
- Querying, cleaning, and analysing data from multiple sources to support decision-making and track KPIs aligned to business goals.
- Supporting product governance processes, including roadmap reviews, initiative tracking, and benefit realisation.
- Maintaining and improving our product management tools (Aha!, Confluence, Miro), identifying opportunities to streamline workflows and enhance team productivity.
- Collaborating with Product Managers, Designers, Engineers, and Business stakeholders to ensure alignment and smooth execution of initiatives.
- Providing structured analysis and operational support across the product lifecycle, including ad hoc projects that drive operational excellence.
- Experience in Product Operations, Product Management, Business Analysis, or a similar role in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
- Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience building dashboards and reports using Power BI, Excel, and SQL.
- Confidence working with large datasets - querying, cleaning, and analysing data to support strategic decisions.
- Familiarity with product governance processes such as roadmap planning, initiative tracking, and benefit realisation.
- Practical experience with product management tools (Aha!, Confluence, Miro) and a track record of improving workflows or tooling.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders and drive alignment across teams.
- A structured, proactive approach to managing analysis, coordination, and operational follow-through.
