You are an experienced Product Manager, Product Owner, or Senior Business Analyst with a proven track record of delivering value through technology and process improvements in complex, fast‐paced environments. You bring experience in the insurance sector, ideally with exposure to the inner workings of an insurance brokerage. A strong understanding of the specialty insurance market is highly desirable.

You have worked on high‐impact insurance technology projects, with hands‐on involvement in areas such as underwriting, claims, operations, and finance, and understand the nuances of these processes. You are comfortable navigating both strategic and operational problem spaces, able to define the right business solution, whether it involves product development or not.
