Description
Our Credit Control teams are vital to the smooth running of our business operations. We\’re currently looking for Insurance Credit Control professionals to join us for either a 6-month or 12-month period while we work through a project delivery.
Together with other likeminded professionals, you will drive continuous improvement in team results by creating a thriving collaborative environment. This role offers a rare but fantastic opportunity to support the IBA Operations Team in a highly effective Finance function and obtain a broad range of experience in a highly profitable, fast-growing environment.
About the role
In this fixed-term contract, you will support the Credit Control Supervisor in achieving company objectives for the IBA element of the finance function by performing the following duties:
- Active credit control – Ensuring funds are collected from our brokers in a timely manner.
- Unallocated Cash – Ensuring cash is applied accurately and resolving queries where appropriate.
- Provide support for other team members as workloads dictate, including cash allocation.
- Taking ownership and resolving queries to reduce aged debt.
- Distribution of monthly statements.
- Deal with incoming email and telephone enquiries from Brokers.
About you
This is an experienced hire for a fixed-term contract, so we\’re keen to learn more about your previous experience contributing to effective Credit Control/IBA teams, and how you create and maintain positive colleague relationships.
