Description
We have an exciting opportunity to join our small, highly-effective finance function and gain a broad range of experience in a profitable, fast-growing environment.
Due to strong organic growth and recent overseas acquisitions, CFC is seeking an Accounts Payable Assistant to join our rapidly expanding finance team. Accounts Payable is a crucial function, and at CFC, you\’ll be part of a growing team that processes company purchases efficiently and in line with policies. You will also work with Accounts Receivable.
About the role
This role involves assisting with multi-currency settlements to suppliers according to payment terms and ensuring the completeness of the purchase ledger. Responsibilities include:
- Processing invoices promptly, including matching purchase orders.
- Assisting with multi-currency supplier settlements in line with payment terms.
- Conducting new supplier checks per company policy.
- Maintaining SAP Concur employee expenses, performing audit checks, and settling expenses timely.
- Supporting internal, interim, and year-end audits.
- Producing ad hoc analyses for decision support.
- Developing and documenting internal controls and processes.
