CFC’s Tech and Ops department is going through an exciting period. Reporting into a Senior TA Partner, you will be responsible for sourcing a variety of tech roles, building high quality candidate pipelines, and promoting CFC as a tech employer of choice.
Partnering with managers across Data & AI, Technology and other business areas you will develop an understanding of roadmaps to ensure that high quality recruitment shortlists are delivered.
As a champion of technology, you will use our ATS (Pinpoint), technical assessments and video interviewing tools to drive efficiencies.
About the role- Source and engage technology talent across Software Engineering, Product, Agile, and Operations using a mix of direct sourcing, networking, and market mapping techniques.
- Build and maintain high‑quality talent pipelines to support both immediate and future hiring needs.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, delivery milestones, and team objectives.
- Develop tailored sourcing strategies for each role, leveraging LinkedIn, job boards, professional networks, and specialist platforms.
- Engage with active and passive candidates to understand career goals and build long‑term relationships.
- Actively promote CFC’s employer brand and technology roadmap to the external market.
- Utilise Pinpoint (ATS), technical assessments, and video interviewing tools to improve recruitment efficiency.
- Work closely with the TA Coordinator to ensure timely and compliant offer processing, pre‑employment screening, and recruitment administration.
- You will have prior experience in a tech start‑up environment, ideally you will also have experience within a Financial Services firm.
- Proven experience of interacting with potential candidates on social media and professional networks (e.g. LinkedIn, Github).
- You will be confident in using advanced sourcing techniques such as Boolean search and market mapping.
- Proven experience managing multiple vacancies across different areas of IT simultaneously.
- Experience with different ATS’s – we use Pinpoint here.
