This is a great job for someone who has experience in real estate investment and development and enjoys working across live assets and development partners. You might be an asset manager, investment professional or associate looking to deepen your exposure to early-stage investments, portfolio oversight and partner management within a leading institutional environment.

A bit about the job: Aviva Capital Partners (ACP), part of the Aviva Group, invests in early-stage real estate and infrastructure opportunities to deliver strong returns, create long-term income-generating assets for customers, and support UK economic growth. In this role, you'll be part of ACP's asset management team, supporting delivery across an existing portfolio of contracted investments. You'll play a key role in asset management, performance oversight and working closely with investment, developer and sector partners to help drive value across the portfolio.

Skills and experience we’re looking for:

  • Experience of delivering real-asset development investments including residential, life science, mixed use urban regeneration projects with a focus on understanding and reviewing the risk and delivery issues faced by real estate development schemes, research, and asset management including oversight of development manager partners and project teams.
  • Ability to conduct due diligence to support creation and delivery of project business plans, investment decisions, and appointments of partners and suppliers.
  • Strong knowledge of the commercial aspects of corporate, real-estate, infrastructure, and construction documents.
  • Familiarity with appointments of suppliers in real asset developments.
  • A relevant professional qualification such as RICS, CFA, ACA, CAIA would be beneficial.

  • Starting salary between circa £70,000 - £100,000 (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications).
