The Team
A&M's Valuation Services business is a dynamic and fast-growing practice.
For over ten years, we have built and grown teams, Amsterdam, Dubai, Frankfurt, London, Madrid, Munich, and Paris.
Our teams talk to each other at least weekly and we work collectively on proposals, engagements, team building, and developing best practices.
We are unrestricted by conflicts with audit mandates, which allows us to operate seamlessly across borders and deliver exceptional client service.
As the team scales, Directors are taking on larger client relationships and playing a growing role in shaping the practice's presence in new sectors and geographies.
We provide a full suite of valuation services, including
- Mergers & Acquisitions
- Private Equity portfolio valuations

Our London-based Valuations team is highly active in the UK as well as globally and involved in landmark, headline transactions.
Due to increasing demand, we are expanding this team and seeking an experienced valuations professional to join us at the Director level.
This is an opportunity to have an immediate impact and the upside progression potential for the right individual is significant.

- How you will contribute
- Work on high-profile and complex valuation engagements.
- Use a variety of cutting-edge technologies tools to conduct extensive data analysis and valuation modelling.
- Conduct research, synthesize information, and develop reports for high-profile clients.
- Benefit from industry-leading formal and informal training programs.
- Work directly alongside senior leaders, with increasing opportunities to lead engagements and take on broader responsibility as you grow with the team.
- Develop broad industry exposure by working with a variety of large-cap and mid-cap private equity houses, corporate clients, and financial institutions.
- Gain constant exposure to Managing Directors, leveraging their substantial experience, and actively participate in commercial, business development, and marketing activities.
- Take on growing responsibility for developing and guiding junior members of the team.

Qualifications
- Several years of valuation experience gained at a Big 4 accounting firm, consulting firm, or independent valuation firm.
- Strong educational background with an exceptional academic record, including a focus on Finance and/or Mathematics.
- Professional qualifications (accounting or CFA) ideally.
- Proficiency in AI prompting, as well as Word, Excel and Power Point, with experience in financial analysis and financial modelling.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Fluent business-level English is essential and other languages helpful.
- Ambitious with a desire to succeed in an entrepreneurial culture.
