We're looking for an Associate Investment Director to support the commercialisation of our equity franchise at Royal London Asset Management. This is a high-impact, externally facing role where you'll take ownership of delivering high-quality, client-focused investment content, acting as a key link between our Front Office investment teams and Distribution. You'll play a pivotal role in ensuring our investment messaging is clear, consistent and tailored to meet client needs, supporting business growth and strengthening client engagement.
You'll also act as a trusted deputy to the Investment Director, providing portfolio manager proxy support and stepping in where needed across client interactions and strategic initiatives.
About the role- Own and deliver high-quality investment content to support the commercialisation of the equity franchise.
- Act as a key interface between Front Office and Distribution, ensuring consistent and compelling investment messaging.
- Respond proactively to client and business needs, translating complex investment insights into clear, client-friendly outputs.
- Support efficient, scalable delivery of investment information across multiple channels.
- Act as a deputy to the Investment Director, providing proxy support in client meetings and presentations.
- Contribute to strategic initiatives and support broader client engagement activity.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance workflows, consistency and delivery effectiveness.
- Experience working with Equity investments and/or clients.
- Experienced understanding of function/specialised discipline and basic understanding of overall firm.
- IMC desirable, working towards CFA.
- Advanced Excel skills including processing, analysing and presenting data using intermediate functions.
- Strong communication and relationship building capability.
