The Finance team keeps Revolut moving with clarity and confidence.
From accounting to strategic support, they work across the business to assess risk, guide decisions, and drive growth.
Their insight shapes everything from daily operations to long-term plans and plays a key role in how we scale.
We're looking for a Senior Finance & Strategy Manager to translate high-level strategic roadmaps into rigorous financial blueprints for capital.
You'll act as a key advisor to the CFO and Ex Co, bridging the gap between complex data and actionable executive strategy.

- What you’ll be doing
- Translating company-wide and departmental strategies from high-level roadmaps into complex, ambitious financial plans
- Setting annual budgets for departments that require investment, and monitoring financial performance to ensure we maximise long-term returns
- Developing insightful analysis to understand performance across countries, user segments, and promotional campaigns
- Creating a structured approach to marketing spend, performance reviews, and campaign tracking
- Deciding which financial and growth metrics to set as KPIs to set incentives and maximise performance
- Using and creating AI-driven tools to automate and enhance financial performance monitoring
- Working on high-impact projects with the CFO
- What you’ll need
- 6+ years of experience in strategy consulting, data analysis consulting, or strategic/commercial finance roles at a top-tier tech company
- Excellent financial modelling, financial analysis, and data analysis skills
- A proven ability to deliver results in cross-functional, high-growth environments
- The ability to solve complex problems and produce impeccable reports and frameworks
- Nice to have
- Experience in retail banking
- A CFA, MBA, or other relevant industry certification
