This position will be a hybrid work arrangement. You will receive 18 remote workdays per quarter to use at your discretion, subject to manager approval. For example, you may choose to work in the office 4 days per week and take one remote day weekly (typically 13 weeks per quarter), leaving 5 additional remote days to be used as needed.
The position will work closely with the EMEA Global Private Wealth fundraising team. The breadth of responsibility will cover a wide array of areas of expertise but will be focused on supporting Account Managers to secure new business to meet fundraising objectives.
The ideal candidate is someone who:
- Has private equity or private markets experience; and/or
- Has wealth management or private banking experience.
- Has knowledge of various wealth management client profiles including private banks, asset managers, fund distribution network platforms, multi‑family offices, and independent financial advisors.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with attention to detail.
- Has long‑term career ambition to be client‑facing and seek quantitative measures of success.
What you will do:
- Support Account Managers in all aspects of the fundraising cycle from managing pipeline of fundraising opportunities, client questionnaires, presentations, due diligence meetings and closing of investor capital commitments.
- Support Account Managers in developing and preparing investor teach‑ins/learning exchange materials and memos.
- Support investor due diligence requests and co‑ordinate investor queries.
- Lead client segmentation and competitor analysis to increase market penetration in Southern Europe with a focus on France and Italy.
- Support broader firm strategy of new product development initiatives and demonstrate entrepreneurial mindset to product launch through prospecting research.
- Prepare tailored SalesForce / Preqin reporting and analysis and execute cashflow modelling for existing and new commitments.
- Work closely with the Wealth Product Management Team and Client Services team and other firm wide functions across all seniority to win new clients and service existing clients.

Education Preferred:
- Bachelor of Arts or Science (BS/BA) or equivalent experience.

Experience:
- 3-7 Years of experience in private markets, private wealth, investment banking, fundraising or product specialist types of roles.
