The Client Service Analyst is responsible for supporting the client servicing and sales efforts within Dimensional's EMEA Client Group. This role is an ideal opportunity to break into the Investment Management industry and gain a full understanding of a sales department and contribute to the team through role-specific goals. The individual we are looking for will need to demonstrate an ability to be task orientated and possess a keen focus on attention to detail as a primary contributor to team workflow. Typical Duties & Responsibilities
- Support the team with the preparation of basic client material e.g., prospecting packs, portfolio review books and ad-hoc presentations
- Administration including meeting preparation, client record keeping, basic market analytics, investment analysis and other ad-hoc duties
- Develop skills to become a primary user of our various analytics tools
- Own certain regulatory and client reporting deliverables
- Maintain records for our client and prospect pipelines
- Assist with sales research and support
- Regularly interact with clients - covering client calls and responding to basic ad hoc queries (phone and email)
- Support various aspects of channel-specific events (organising and preparation)
- Be able to demonstrate an understanding about the firm's products, our investment process, our systems, and our investment philosophy
- Continually review and seek out improvements to our processes and procedures
- Ensure necessary client data is accurate and up to date

- Learn and improve essential skills-professionalism, effective communication, identifying team needs, accuracy, and quality work
- Gain a deep understanding and effectively utilize our key tools, data, and systems
- An ability to work analytically
