Responsibilities Your responsibilities include: Planning problem solving and leading specific workstream elements Conducting analysis and research independently to meet delivery timelines Developing high-quality, client-ready outputs Communicating effectively with clients and leading stakeholder engagement Managing your workstream, flagging risks and capacity issues Building relationships with clients and supporting discussions on future needs Contributing to proposal development and responding to tenders Supporting team collaboration and mentoring junior members Willingness to travel within the UK Having a degree-level education We support a hybrid working model, combining remote and in-office work, with flexibility for virtual work up to four weeks annually.
