Manage our use of associates in line with our business plan to accommodate the right people being in the right place at the right time and that associate usage and therefore costs can be planned. Design project teams that show appropriate attention to meeting cost margins in each practice, ensuring balanced usage of Associates in line with our business plan and spread across project teams. Follow our associate pay benchmarks when determining the pay available for associates being deployed in specific roles for specific projects, particularly when an associate is playing a different role than is usual for them.
