About The Role

This role is a People Administrator supporting CF’s People team. You will maintain up‑to‑date People function systems, ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our HR and LMS systems, and support the coordination of various People‑function activities. You will track and report on progress against key People metrics, schedule learning and engagement events, and coordinate our pulse checks and bi‑annual People Survey. The position demands a proactive, flexible, efficient, detail‑oriented, and highly organised individual with an interest in process improvement. The role is initially a 12‑month fixed‑term contract, with potential for longer term subject to business growth.

Responsibilities

Human Resources

  • Maintain the HR system with up‑to‑date information and report on key People metrics.
  • Triage people requests dealing with administrative questions and requirements directly and efficiently.
  • Book “black‑out” days for different groups to ensure coverage as per agreed arrangements.
  • Administer associate contract agreements with input from HR consultant or CPO as required.
  • Help schedule and send regular pulse surveys, support logistics for the bi‑annual People survey, send reminders and drive high completion rates.
  • Schedule People‑related events, updates and drop‑ins.
  • Help with all elements of the administration of the twice‑yearly Assessment & Development process from scheduling the review days through to colleague feedback gathering and ensuring all colleagues complete this.
  • Work with Resourcing to send out competence assessments on behalf of managers at the end of every project / every 2 months and help to drive high completion rates.
  • Remind and chase Development Sponsors to send out 360 feedback requests as required across the year.

Leadership and Development

  • Schedule training sessions, manage logistics, secure and prepare faculty for sessions, support employees on participant queries related to sessions.
  • Liaise with external training partners and vendors for planning and scheduling as needed with trainers.
  • Own LMS data, reporting and quarterly content refreshes and support on tagging of content. Help coordinate input and assessment of skills across the organisation.
  • Support on regular upkeep of internal SharePoint pages relating to our learning offering.

Diary Management, Collaboration and Continuous Improvement

  • Help ensure the CPO’s time is reasonably aligned to the function’s operational and strategic priorities.
  • Ensure all 1:1s with the CPO, People team meetings and sessions to review EOC or Board materials are appropriately scheduled and balanced across the week.
  • Schedule and co‑ordinate People team / SLT rotational attendance and leadership drop‑ins.
  • Work closely with the wider People team and other corporate teams to align schedules and prioritise the People team’s leadership time.
  • Identify and implement improvements in people reporting and processes.

Requirements

Mandatory

  • Educated to a degree level in a relevant field (e.g., HR, CIPD level 3, Business Management, Finance, Information Systems) or equivalent experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel to facilitate reporting and basic analysis of data.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams.

Highly Desirable

  • CIPD level 3.
  • Familiarity with HR and LMS systems (Sage HR highly desirable).
  • Competent using Claude and other AI tools to make processes more efficient and effective.

We follow a hybrid working model that balances in‑person connections and remote work to drive exceptional client impact. In supporting flexibility and remote working, team members can work from home one day per week as standard.
