CF Healthcare Consulting is recruiting Associates to support clients across the UK in healthcare transformation. Contracts range from four weeks to six months.
What You’ll Do
Associates work on short‑term contracts in our offices and client sites. You gather information, analyze, strategize, and deliver recommendations in collaboration with partners. You will receive training and guidance to hit the ground running.
Who You Are
We hire from Analyst level to Associate Partner level. To be considered you should have:
- At least two years of consulting experience in healthcare
- At least two years of experience at a top‑tier consultancy or work within a healthcare system
- Bachelor’s degree; an advanced graduate degree (MBA, PhD, etc.) is preferred
- Exceptional analytical and quantitative problem‑solving skills
- Ability to work effectively in teams and with people at all levels of an organization
- Ability to communicate complex ideas both orally and in writing
- Willingness to travel

- Experience in healthcare consulting or healthcare system
- Proven ability to deliver high‑quality client‑ready outputs on schedule
