This is an exceptional opportunity to become an integral part of our dynamic Commercial Team, contributing to business growth and operational performance across the company.
You will actively cultivate client relationships, manage key accounts, and play a strategic role in driving revenue through targeted sales initiatives.

In this role you are accountable for:
- Delivering four 6-month projects aimed at increasing team efficiency and knowledge through training in sales, market analysis, supply chain, production, customer service, and fertiliser training.
- Following a successful 2-year training period, potential to advance into a managerial role, supporting succession planning and business improvement.
- Conducting regular analytics on various aspects of the commercial function to support business growth.
- Enhancing understanding of nitrogen markets by working with internal teams and external customers.
- Generating daily and weekly reports on order books, customer and market analysis, and financial data to inform business decisions.
- Supporting the commercial team with reporting, administration, training, and data analysis to gain department-wide experience and aid decision-making.
