Accountable for:
- Delivery – product delivered on time and in full.
- Booking hauliers to ensure agreed delivery timelines are met.
- Ad Hoc Analytics & Planning – provide Customer Service Manager with data, as required.
- Administer and process orders with current terms and conditions of sale.
- Plan and organise the accurate movement of finished products to satisfy the requirements of distributor and farmer customers.
- Ensure orders are entered onto the system correctly and in a timely manner, guaranteeing accurate invoices to customers.
- Support customers and hauliers out of hours.
- Consistently investigate, check and raise credit applications and process customer complaint settlements professionally.
Your Skills:
- Commercial awareness (experience of customer service or distribution service).
- Adding value through awareness and communication of key metrics and ability to deliver objectives.
- Deadlines met as required.
- Working end to end from initial order to delivery.
- Robust internal/external communication and interpersonal skills – proven administrative, persuading/influencing ability; excellent telephone manner and data recording.
- Able to resolve diverse customer problems logically and effectively.
- Diligent with the ability to remain calm and focussed under pressure.
- Dynamic – capable of dealing with shifting priorities.
