CF Group is a leading specialist in piling and ground-engineering projects across Australia’s east coast. Business is booming, and we’re inviting experienced UK professionals to swap rainy commutes for coastal sun and career-defining work.
Who we’re keen to meet:

- Piling Rig Operators – competent on Klemm, Soilmec, Mait, Bauer or equivalent rigs (CFA, rotary, secant, D-wall, anchors)
- Project Engineers – degree-qualified (or equivalent experience) with solid piling or geotechnical project exposure
If you’ve delivered complex piling jobs in the UK—commercial basements, rail, infrastructure, high-rise foundations—we want to hear from you.
Why make the move with us?
- Immediate start on a Working Holiday Visa (UK passport-holders aged 18-35 can stay up to three years)
- Clear pathway to permanent sponsorship once we’ve worked together and the fit is right
- Up to four weeks’ paid accommodation on arrival—settle in, find your own place, explore the beaches
- Competitive Aussie salary + penalties + superannuation
- Modern fleet of rigs, tech-forward site systems, strong safety culture
- Choice of vibrant Sydney or laid-back Gold Coast lifestyles—surf before shift or head to the mountains on weekends

- Hands-on knowledge of relevant rigs, tooling and ground conditions
- Solid understanding of QA, safety and environmental standards
- Positive, can-do attitude and readiness to hit the ground running in a new country
How we’ll back you:
Our HR team will guide you through visa paperwork, medicals and licences. We cover the first month’s accommodation and pair you with a relocation buddy so you’re not navigating everything solo. Once you’re settled and smashing it on site, we’ll start the sponsorship conversation.
