CF Fundraising Ltd is recruiting confident and motivated Face-to-Face Fundraising Executives to represent the RSPB, the UK's largest nature conservation charity.
This role combines professional face-to-face fundraising with proven sales techniques, giving you the opportunity to generate long-term support for one of the UK's most respected charities while earning a competitive remuneration package.

About the Role
Working at a variety of pre-booked venues, you'll engage with members of the public, build rapport, identify potential supporters, and explain the impact of RSPB membership.
Using a consultative sales approach, you'll inspire people to become long-term supporters through regular giving.
This is a target-driven role suited to individuals who enjoy working with people and are motivated by achieving results.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage confidently with members of the public in busy venue environments.
- Build rapport and identify potential supporters.
- Deliver engaging conversations about wildlife conservation and the RSPB's work.
- Inspire people to become long-term members and supporters.
- Achieve individual and team performance targets.
- Represent the RSPB professionally at all times.
- Travel to venues across Berkshire, Buckinghamshire, Oxfordshire, Staffordshire and Warwickshire (typically within one hour of your home location).
What We're Looking For
Essential
- Previous fundraising, direct sales, field sales, venue sales, customer acquisition, retail sales, hospitality, events, or promotional experience would be advantageous.
- Comfortable working towards targets and performance goals.
- Able to build rapport quickly and engage confidently with members of the public.
- Resilient, self-motivated, and results-focused.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
- Availability to work weekends.
