Membership Sales Representative – Wildlife Conservation

Salary/Rate: OTE £20+ per hour (£31,000+ equivalent full-time salary) – uncapped commission

Location: Norfolk (various venues across the county including Norwich, King's Lynn, Great Yarmouth, Dereham, Fakenham and surrounding areas)

CF Fundraising Ltd is looking for enthusiastic, professional and engaging Membership Sales Representatives to represent Norfolk Wildlife Trust at carefully selected venues and events across Norfolk.

This is a rewarding face-to-face role where your ability to connect with people will directly support wildlife conservation across the county.

Working at pre-booked venues, you'll inspire members of the public to become long-term supporters of one of Norfolk's most respected conservation charities.

The Role

As a Membership Sales Representative, you'll engage members of the public in friendly, meaningful conversations, sharing the work of Norfolk Wildlife Trust and encouraging people to become members.

Working at busy shopping centres, garden centres, country shows, agricultural events and other high-footfall venues, no two days are the same.

You'll have the opportunity to meet hundreds of people each week, using your communication and relationship-building skills to inspire support and achieve excellent results.

  • Representing Norfolk Wildlife Trust professionally at pre-booked venues and events.
  • Starting engaging conversations with members of the public.
  • Building rapport and communicating the impact of supporting local wildlife conservation.
  • Inspiring people to become regular members of the Trust.
  • Consistently achieving individual and team membership targets.
  • Delivering an outstanding customer experience on every interaction.

About You

Experience in sales, fundraising, retail, hospitality or any customer-facing role where you've built rapport and delivered results would be beneficial.
