THE ROLE
- Deliver 1:1 personalised learning to children and young people who can’t access mainstream education.
- Norfolk (including Norwich, Great Yarmouth & Thetford)
- English, Maths, Life Skills & tailored curriculum support
- Term-time only
- Flexible scheduling available
- Travel required
You’ll work in quiet community settings or alternative provision environments, building trusted relationships while supporting academic and emotional progress.
WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- QTS / QTLS teachers seeking a more meaningful way to teach
- Tutors, HLTAs & experienced education professionals
- Strong UK curriculum knowledge
- Confident behaviour management & adaptability
- Patient, relationship-focused approach
MUST HAVE:
- Experience working with children or young people
- Minimum 2 days availability per week
- Full UK driving licence & access to a vehicle (business insurance)
- Right to work in the UK
WHAT WE OFFER
- Employed roles: £30,000 - £38,000 per year (term-time, 40 weeks)
- Self-employed roles: £15 - £35 per hour
- Ongoing safeguarding-led support
